Another jury dismissal in the sex assault case of five former World Junior hockey players.
It’s the second jury to be discharged in the case involving a woman at a London, Ontario hotel room in 2018.
Before the trial began, the judge dismissed the initial jury, a reason was not given either time.
Michael McLeod, Alex Formenton, Dillon Dube, Carter Hart and Cal Foote are all accused of sexual assault, with McLeod facing a secondary charge.
They all pleaded not-guilty.
A report from the Canadian Press says the trial is now going to continue by Judge alone.
The woman has testified for nine days, the trial began last month.
